After a long wait the trailer of Dhanush’s much-awaited film, Asuran, is finally out. The rural drama is everything you expected it to be. Dhanush plays a dual role of father and son in the gritty movie that is replete with violence, romance, action and drama.

The minute-long gritty trailer showcases a gruesome murder has happened in the village and Dhanush seems to be avenging the unknown person’s death. The trailer showcases many action-packed sequences without revealing the plot. Manju Warrier makes a blink and a miss appearance.
The trailer is intriguing and yet satisfying. Fans will love to see the megastar Dhanush pull off such a unique and gritty role with elan.
Asuran is loosely based on the award-winning writer Poomani’s novel titled Vekkai. The movie also stars Balaji Sakthivel, Prakash Raj, Pasupathy, Subramania Siva, Yogi Babu and Aadukalam Naren in supporting roles. It has been directed by Vetrimaaran.
Asuran will hit the big screens on October 4.
