Ayushmann Khurrana who was last seen sharing the screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ has started gearing up for his next projects. The actor is said to be next collaborating with Vaani Kapoor for a film helmed by Abhishek Kapoor. The film is hailed a love story.
Talking about the project, in a statement to Deadline, Vaani said, “It’s a lovely, heartrending film. I have always wanted to work with Abhishek Kapoor, being so inspired by his films. This feels like an amazing opportunity to be part of his vision. Ayushmann is one of the most talented actors of our generation and I’m thrilled that our first film together is this beautiful love story.”
The director of the film, Abhishek Kapoor said that he is looking forward to having her and Ayushmann on set. He believes that the combination will be electrifying on the silver screens.
Talking about the film, the untitled projects is set in the backdrop of north India. It is said to be featuring the soul-stirring romance between the leads. Ayushmann would be seen as cross-functional Athlete, and for this he has been undergoing physical transformation. The film will go on floor in the month of October this year.
