Rahul Vaidya’s ‘nepotism’ comment for Jaan Kumar Sanu has caused a rift between the duo. Contestants like Rubina Dilaik and Nishant Singh Malkani lashed out at the Indian Idol singer over his comment. Now, yet again, he makes a sexist comment for Jaan which irks the contestants.
In the new promo, shared by the official page of the channel, Jaan and Nikki get into a heated argument again, he confronts about her equation with Rahul and tells her that she can’t be on both sides, and calls her ‘doghli’. Later, Rahul and Jaan engage into a war of words, he calls Jaan ‘chipkali’ and says, “Beta pehele ladka ban. Ladki banna choddd.” (First, be a man, don’t act like a girl). Nikki takes Jaan’s side and tells him not to call him a girl, Jaan expresses disappointment with Nikki for siding Rahul.
Naina Singh slams Rahul for his sexist comment and confronts him for calling women ‘weak’ indirectly. Jasmin also lashes out at Rahul and says, “Khud ladkiyon ke peeche ghumta rehta hai.” (You keep romaing round girls) Later, she loses her cool and tells Rahul, “Aapko kya lagta hai, ladkiyaan kamzor hoti hai Rahul? Tu khud bann jaa thoda ladki, kya pata accha khel le” (What do you think girls are weak? You yourself should become a girl; might help improve your game)
