Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson as the deadly Avenger and ex-Russian spy is all set to hit the theatres and Disney+ on July 9. Now, Marvel Studios has increased the excitement level of the fans to a new high. They have unleashed six character posters of the main cast and it has created a buzz on the internet.
The character posters are of Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff, Melina, Yelena, The Red Guardian, Rick Mason, and Taskmaster.

Set between the events of Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War, the film follows Black Widow as she confronts the darker parts of her past. It is all about how she must deal with her past and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger. Natasha aka Scarlett Johansson travels back to Russia where she gets reunited with her adopted family. She meets her sister Yelena Belova played by Florence Pugh. Father and mother played by David Harbour and Rachel Weisz.
Black Widow is the first film in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige. It features Scarlett Johansson, reprising Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow, with Florence Pugh, David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, William Hurt, Ray Winstone, and Rachel Weisz.
After being delayed from the release last year early on during the coronavirus pandemic, Marvel’s Black Widow is finally slated to hit theaters on Disney+ Premier Access on July 9, 2021.
