Rapper Cardi B has recently announced that she has launched OnlyFans account. This is to share her opinions and content only with her fans. Yes, on the heels of her “WAP” — her smash single Cardi B has launched the account with a $4.99 subscription fee. The news was shared by the singer on social media.
Cardi shared the idea on Twitter about launching her OnlyFans account on Tuesday night. But rapper lowered the default $10 monthly subscription fee to a more affordable $4.99. She further added that her OnlyFans account will remain strictly PG-13.
As per a press release, Cardi B will be using the platform to release “behind the scenes content. She will also address ongoing rumors, share glimpses into her personal life and connect closer with her fans, and much more.”
In an interview with Britain’s i-D magazine, Cardi B said, “I created an OnlyFans because people are stuck at home more, but also just because I wanted to be on an app where I can talk only and specifically to my fans. I don’t wanna go live on Instagram or say my opinions on social media because people twist it and spin it. There are certain things I want only my fans to see, you know? I want to be more open about my insecurities, what makes me happy and what makes me sad. I want to be extremely transparent.”
For the uninitiated OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform. You have to pay to view the content posted by the content creator. Many users also include racy pictures.
