Camila Cabello is all set to play the lead role in her acting debut in the American musical romantic comedy film, Cinderella. On Thursday, the official handle of Amazon Prime Videos shared the first look of the singer and Nicholas Galitzine.
The film also stars Billy Porter, Idina Menzel, Pierce Brosnan, Nicholas Galitzine, and Minnie Driver. The film is set to be released in September 2021 on Prime Video.
In the first picture, the Havana singer is seen donning the outfit of Cinderella before her transformation while the second picture shows her sharing a romantic moment with the prince who plays Prince Charming- known in the movie as Prince Robert.

In April 2019, Columbia Pictures announced a musical retelling of Cinderella, with Kay Cannon writing and directing the film, with James Corden having story credit and producing the film through Fulwell 73 with Leo Pearlman, Jonathan Kadin, and Shannon McIntosh.
Principal photography began in February 2020. Filming was suspended in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Production resumed in August 2020. Production concluded in September 2020.
