Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were summoned by the NCB in drug cartel case which is followed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The three of the actresses were questioned by the agency for hours. Reportedly, while the ‘Chhapaak’ actress is said to have confessed about her drug chats with manager Karishma, Sara and Shraddha have denied about consuming any narcotic substances. Now, we hear that DP had cried three times during her questioning session.
As per the media reports, NCB was not satisfied with Deepika Padukone’s answers. A latest report by India Today states that Padukone cried thrice during her questioning with the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The report also further mentions that the Narcotics Control Bureau officials are looking to widen the scope of their probe by looking into the bigger drug peddler who has links with the Bollywood industry. Also, the Deputy Director-General of NCB, MA Jain stated to them that the statements which were taken will be given to the court soon.
For the unversed, Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor who attended the NCB interrogations, their mobiles phones have been seized alongside Rakul Preet Singh, Karishma Prakash and Jaya Saha’s phones. The acquired phones have been sent to the forensic investigation department to curate more evidence, according to the reports.
