Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh Buy A Lavish Bungalow In Alibaug?

Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have bought a lavish second home. As reported by MoneyControl.com the power couple has spent Rs.22 crore for the sprawling bungalow in Alibaug. The bungalow was earlier owned by Rajesh Jaggi of The Everstone Group.

As reported by sources to Moneycontrol, the couple’s new residence is spread across 2.25 acres and has a built-up area of around 18,000 square feet. It is a 5BHK ground-plus-first floor bungalow. It is located in an area called Satirje which is now also referred to as the billionaires’ street. The home is only 10 minutes away from the Kihim Beach.

Sources added Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh sealed the deal on September 13, They have also paid a stamp duty of ₹ 1.32 crore for the bungalow. As per the registration document, four plots have been amalgamated into a single land parcel. The price of the bungalow works out to be around Rs 12,000 per sq ft.

Alibaug also has a bungalow bought by Shah Rukh Khan overlooking the Thal beach. Several celebrities and industrialists such as Navin Agarwal of Vedanta Resources, Gautam Singhania of Raymonds, Prakash Mody of Unichem and many more have their second homes here.

In Mumbai, Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh have a 4BHK flat located in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi.

On the work front, Deepika has The Intern remake with Amitabh Bachchan and also Fighter with Hrithik Roshan. Ranveer will be seen in 83, JayeshbhaiJordaar and Cirkus.
