Deepika Padukone’s talent manager Karishma Prakash remains untraceable

Deepika Padukone’s Talent manager Karishma Prakash remains untraceable days after being summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). She failed to appear before the NCB and has not replied to the summons too. Therefore the Narcotics Control Bureau has handed over the summons to her mother and owners/colleagues of Kwaan talent agency.

News agency ANI reported on Monday that NCB has also summoned the employees of Kwaan Talent Agency.

Karishma Prakash’ name ha cropped up during the interrogation of an arrested drug peddler in the Bollywood drugs probe case. The drugs probe case is linked to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Karishma Prakash and Deepika Padukone’s suspicious chats were found by NCB. They had summoned the two for questioning last month. Karishma was asked by NCB to join the investigation later. She, however, did not appear before the NCB.

The NCB had conducted searches at the Versova residence of Karishma Prakash last week. They had recovered 1.7 gm of hashish and three vials of CBD oil during the search. Her links to a drug peddler, recovery of drugs from her residence and non-cooperation with the NCB. This could land the Talent manager in trouble with the law.

The Central agency has so far arrested 23 persons in the drugs case linked to Rajput”s death. His girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was arrested and later got bail. The NCB has also questioned Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in connection with the drug angle to the case.
