ACP Commits suicide by jumping from Delhi Police headquarters building. The deceased ACI is identified as Prem Ballakh Kumar died today morning.

A Delhi Police Officer allegedly committed suicide by jumping off police headquarter building at Central Delhi’s ITO area. The deceased ACP is identified as Prem Ballakh Kumar.

It is to be noted that, Kumar was 55-year old ACP rank official, reportedly jumped from Delhi’s high rising building on Thursday morning at around 10 am.


 

The police believe that Ballabh committed suicide but have initiated an investigation if it could have been an accident. Notably, Ballabh was posted in the crime and traffic unit of the Delhi Police and was awarded the Police Medal for his service in 2016.

Earlier, a 35-year-old head constable of Delhi Police shot himself dead in the VVIP parking of the Delhi Secretariat on November 16.
