Tamil superstar Dhanush has joined the blockbuster cast of upcoming Netflix action thriller ‘The Gray Man’. The actioner that also features Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans is being helmed by Russo Brothers of Avengers Endgame and Extraction fame. Along with Dhanush, Hollywood stars Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura and Julia Butters have also joined the cast of The Gray Man.
The announcement was made by Netflix recently via a tweet. They wrote, “THE GRAY MAN cast just got even better.
Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Dhanush, and Julia Butters will join Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana de Armas in the upcoming action thriller from directors Anthony and Joe Russo.”
The Gray Man is based on Mark Greaney’s debut novel of the same name. It is about a freelance assassin and former CIA operative named Court Gentry (played by Gosling). The movie will follow Gentry as he is hunted across the world by Lloyd Hansen (Evans), a former member of Gentry’s CIA team.
The Gray Man is Tamil superstar Dhanush’s second international project. He made his international debut with the 2018 film The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir.
The Gray Man will premiere on Netflix soon.
