Veteran Kannada actor and director is the latest victim of a death hoax. Rumours of the multi talented person’s demise have been doing the rounds on Whatsapp since Monday morning. It left his fans in a shock who are still reeling from the death of veterans like Ambareesh, Parvathamma Rajkumar and Kashinath in recent years. They soon took to social media to share condolence messages.
However, there is no truth to this. The veteran star is hale and healthy. Director Chaitanya took to Twitter and gave a clarification.
Now Dwarkish himself has issued a statement through a video that he is fine and keeping well.
In the video Dwarkish says,”Hello everyone, this is your Karnatakada Kulla. I am hale and healthy. Please do not believe any rumours on my health.”
Since Monday evening, speculations were doing rounds on WhatsApp which had come as a shock to the fans of Kannada films. The clarification has come as a relief to the cine-goers which are still recovering from the death of veterans like Ambareesh, Parvathamma Rajkumar and Kashinath in recent years.
Dwarakish has produced and directed quality movies in Kannada. Known as Prachanda Kulla by his fans, he directed, acted and produced the movies of legends like Dr Rajkumar and Vishnuvardhan. His popular directorial films are “Mayor Muthanna”, “Kulla Agent 000”, “Singaporenalli Raja Kulla”, “Guru Shishyaru” among others.
