Farah Khan and Sonu Sood share a bond of friendship for long now. The duo recently came together for a music video that they shot in Chandigarh. On Sonu Sood’s birthday, the choreographer cum director decided to surprise her good friend. She shared the teaser of recreated Altaf Raja’s Saath Kya Nibhaoge song.
Taking to her social media handles, Farah released a clip of the song. She also shared the names of all the people associated with the project, From music composer Tony Kakkar, actor Nidhhi Agerwal to producer Anshul Garg. Farah herself has directed the video. Going by the name, “Saath Kya Nibhaoge” is a recreated version of “Tum To Thehre Pardesi”. The presence of Altaf Raja proves it.
The song is sung by Tony Kakkar and Altaf Raja, the video features Niddhi Agerwal opposite Sonu Sood.
“Tum To Thehre Pardesi” was first released in 1994. It went on to garner a huge fan following over the years. Farah and Sonu shot for a special music video in Punjab recently. They even shared photos from the location leaving the audience excited.
Farah Khan and Sonu Sood had worked together for the 2014 film Happy New Year. The movie also featured Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani Abhishek Bachchan in pivotal roles.
