Fans of popular sitcom FRIENDS were in for a treat with a special episode of FRIENDS REUNION all set for 2020. Yes, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer, were set to reunite for a Friends Reunion special. The chosen dates were March 23-24 the cast was to shoot at Stage 24 at the Warner Bros. Studios in Los Angeles, California. But COVID-19 put an end to all the plans.
But here is some good news, Chandler aka Mathew Perry in a tweet has revealed when the filming for the special episode will take place. Taking to his Twitter page, Matthew shared that filming for Friends Reunion is currently scheduled for March 2021.
Mathew wrote,: “Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that’s the way I like it!”

The Friends special will be an unscripted reunion. It will feature Perry, Aniston, Courtney Cox (Monica), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe), David Schwimmer (Ross) and Matt Le Blanc (Joey) as well as the classic sitcom’s creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane.
The cast will not reprise their beloved roles, but share behind-the-scenes stories and their favourite moments from the show.
So finally we have something amazing to look forward to in 2021.
