Hyderabad COVID-19 Panic: Top Jeweller Dies After Throwing Party For Hundreds

The pandemic Coronavirus spreading is taking place like a wildfire all across the world, which led to the complete lockdown of several nations. Thousand’s of people lost their lives to the disease and the infection is yet not been contained totally. With each passing day the count of COVID-19 positive cases see’s a spike in the country and now Hyderabad emerges creating a panic for more cases, after a man dies of infection. Top jeweller from Hyderabad apparently threw a huge party before he breathed his last.

According to a report in Indian Express, owner of another top jewellery chain, who had attended the bash, also died of COVID-19 on Saturday i.e July 4. Officials suspect he contracted the virus from the party host. The jeweller, who owned a high-end store in Himayatnagar area, hosted a lavish birthday party few days ago, which saw over a hundred people in attendance from city’s high society circles. Several members of the jewellers association had also attended the party. Soon, after he was reported to be no more, the party attendees rushed in panic to get themselves tested at private labs.

The state has witness spike of 1,600 new cases on Saturday. After the jeweller’s death, official’s suspect for more spreading of the virus.
