TRP Ratings Week 3: Kundali Bhagya Tops TRP chart, Choti Sarrdaarni claims 2nd position

The BARC TRP Rating of week 5 has finally out today (January 30, 2020) and we have noticed some major changes in it. Yes, some popular TV shows have been slipped while others have witnessed stupendous growth this week. The list of BARC TRP Rating Week 3 has been topped by none other than Kundali Bhagya. Avinesh Rekhi and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia’s show Choti Sarrdaarni, who was at 8th position last week, has managed to bag second position beating Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Bigg Boss and Naagin. It is after a long time, Choti Sarrdaarni has entered in the list of top 5 Indian TV shows.

Yes, the first position of BARC TRP Rating (Week 3) has been topped by none other than Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Choti Sarrdaarni. Naagin, which claimed 2nd position last week, has been slipped to 3rd position this week.

Shivangi Joshi & Mohsin Khan’s ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, which claimed 4th position last week, seems to have maintained its 4th position this week as well. The 13th season of Bigg Boss which bagged 3rd position last week has once again slipped to 5th position. However, this is the second time, Bigg Boss 13 has entered in top 5 TV shows.

It should be noted that the TRP rating of these Hindi Television serials list is basically based on the rural and urban viewership across original airings during prime time. The BARC presents the TRP ratings of Hindi TV serials and also the reality shows from all TV channels in India, from January 23, 2020, to January 30, 2020.

The latest TRP rating of all TV serials from the Indian general entertainment Television Hindi channels includes Zee TV, Sony TV, Star Plus,  Sab TV, Star Bharat, Colors TV, Big Magic, Zee TV, Zee Anmol, Sony Pal etc.

Notably, TRP is just a tool to find out which program in India is being watched the most. TRP gives an index of choice of the viewer and the popularity of the channel.

In urban areas Kundali Bhagya, Choti Sarrdaarni and Naagin: Bhagya Ka Zehrila Khel have managed to secure first, the second position respectively in the list of top 10 most-watched Indian TV show this week.
