South superstar Thala Ajith and Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor have come together for ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’. The movie is a remake of ‘Pink’ that featured Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu is pivotal roles. The producer and the actor are all set to join hands once again for their next venture AK60. The film will be directed by H Vinoth.
As per latest speculations, Boney Kapoor and late actress Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor is all set to mark her Kollywood debut with AK60. The Dhadak actress will be playing a pivotal role opposite superstar Ajith Kumar. But the makers have as yet to make an official announcement.
Rumours abound that music maestro AR Rahman will be composing the music for AK 60. There is a buzz that the producer had met the musician recently AR Rahman had also composed music for Sridevi’s last film, Mom. The makers will soon be making an official confirmation of the same soon.
As per the latest reports, Thala Ajith will be playing the role of a biker racer in the film. August and is expected to be shot in locations like Budapest, South Africa, and the Middle East. Ajith will be losing a few kilos to look the part of a racer in the movie.
On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor is busy with the shoot of IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena. She also has Roohiafza co-starring Rajkummar Rao. She also has Karan Johar’s period drama Takht in her kitty. The movie also features Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor and many more.
Thala Ajith’s upcoming release ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’ is all set to release on August 8.
