Jose Mourinho’s sour relationship with Paul Pogba was on show when the duo seemed to have a cold exchange of words at a training session at the Carrington Ground.

Pogba is seen high-fiving everyone he came across in the video which also included the former United great Michael Carrick and he exchanged pleasantries with the other staff present.

However, this is followed by an exchange with Mourinho which caught the midfielder off-guard.

In the clip, Pogba asks Mourinho, “Who, me? “ to which the Portuguese replied, “get out.”

The video is thus an example of the growing discord between Mourinho and the Frenchman. Earlier, the United gaffer had announced that Pogba wouldn’t be captaining the club anymore and the Frenchman learned of this development only when the Red Devils were sent packing by Derby County in the League Cup.

While making this decision of his public, Mourinho stressed that there was no personal reason behind this move.

“The only truth is that I made the decision that Paul will not be a second (vice) captain anymore but no fallout, no problems at all,” he had said.

Earlier, Pogba had been critical of his team’s playing style when United were held to a 1-1 draw by Wolves at home.
