Earlier, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, K. K. Singh had filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her family members and few others accusing them of involving in the money laundering and abatement of death of his son. The actress who had reportedly missing appeared for the Enforcement Directorate questioning session on Friday i,e August 7. As per the latest reports, the late actor’s father has now filed a counter affidavit against her for her plea in SC.
Apparently, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer has been proceeding her case in Supreme Court seeking the plea for transferring the case to Mumbai Police an FIR, lodged against her in Patna, in connection with actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. SC is yet to make the hearing on the same case. However, according to the recent report in ANI, the late actor’s father now has filed a counter affidavit against her plea.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence. Police apparently, didn’t received any suicide note at the location. The further developments in the case hinted a the possible murder, however, CBI recently took over the case from Mumbai Police and Patna Police.
