Kim Kardashian On Medication To Stop Lupus; Deets Inside

The American personality, Kim Kardashian recently opened up about pursuing treatment after testing positive for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. The Diva confessed this on Sunday’s premiere of the reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

In a recent appearance on the ‘Today Show’ Kim Kardashian spoke about her treatment post-diagnosis, she said,  ‘I was able to find an amazing doctor, Dr. Wallace, and we figured out what the problem is and I, unfortunately, had to get put on medication to stop the symptoms. ‘I tried everything natural for the longest time and we chose the best route for me, so luckily right now everything is under control, but autoimmune issues are really scary,’

She added, “When you get a diagnosis – I didn’t realise I would be one of those people – but before I knew what it was, when it’s really up in the air, you get in your head and you think of every worst possibility of what’s going to happen and how you’re going to live your life. And you really do get into this little depression for a minute. I got myself out of it but it was really scary to have to go through that.”

Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter handle and wrote, “Thinking about the pain in my hands and what it could be is really scary and can get you in a scary head space. I was so anxious to just figure out what was wrong #KUWTK”

Meanwhile, Kim will reveal on the latest season of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ and will update her fans about how she handles the treatment.
