South Superstar Mahesh Babu will be celebrating his 46th birthday on August 9. The day is a festival for the actor’s fans every year and they celebrate it with fervour. But this year due to COVID-19 Pandemic the actor has asked them to avoid social gatherings. He has also made a special request to his fans who want to celebrate or shower love towards him on his birthday. He has asked them to plant saplings.
Mahesh Babu took to Instagram and asked his fans to plant three saplings on the occasion. This is as a part of the Green India Challenge an initiative started by MP Santosh Joginapally.
The Sarileru Neekevvaru actor took to Instagram and wrote, “It always humbles me… All the things you do to celebrate the love you have for me. This year, I have a special request. I urge you all to plant 3 saplings each on my birthday to support the #GreenIndiaChallenge. Tag me in your posts so I can see them too! :)”
This is not the first time Mahesh babu has requested his fans to do something meaningful on his birthday. Last year he had asked them to donate blood plasma and hordes of his fans had stepped forward to do so.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu will soon be seen in Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The makers are all set to release the teaser on his birthday.
