Peter Mukerjea and Indrani Mukerjea’s divorce proceedings begin today

Both Indrani Mukerjea and Peter Mukerjea have mutually agreed on a list of demands which was communicated through their respective lawyers

Three years after Indrani and Peter Mukerjea were arrested for their involvement in the murder of their daughter Sheena Bora, they will appear before a family court in Mumbai today to end their 16-year-old marriage.

Indrani Mukerjea aka Indrani Bora has penned down a list of immovable properties, personal belongings which includes the window curtains too and financial settlements including bank deposits

According to sources in mid-day, both Indrani and her husband, ex Sony head-honcho, Peter Mukerjea have mutually agreed on a list of demands that was communicated through their respective lawyers. The list contains all the minute details of their respective demands and runs in more than a page. The list also mentions the fixed deposit accounts in four banks and immovable properties include, properties located in UK, Spain Marlow and two properties in Goa.

According to sources, the Worli flat will be split between Indrani and Peter equally. The duo will be presented at the family court on Tuesdy at 10:30 am, from Byculla and Arthur Road Jail respectively. On condition of anonymity, Source purview to the divorce case said to mid-day, “They will be brought to the first floor of the family court, where all relevant verification of papers will be done and accordingly the courtroom no will be assigned. Also, the counselling session as per the norms will be conducted tomorrow itself.”

Indrani Bora and his wife Peter Mukerjea along with Indrani’s former husband have been made accused by CBI in the murder case of Sheena Bora, Indrani’s daughter. Indrani’s driver has been made approver in the case. The trial is underway at the special CBI court in Mumbai.
