‘Slumdog Millionaire’ actress Frieda Pinto and her fiance Cory Tran are all set to welcome their first child. The actress took to her social media handle to share a glimpse of her surprise baby shower ceremony.
In the pictures, the actress is seen wearing a gorgeous white gown as she cradled her baby bump. Sharing the photos, she captioned it as: “Reminiscing about this sweet baby shower! Thank you to my awesome tribe of sisters who made this such a special day for me. Thank you @mssonumb and @preetidesai for leading the charge and @lavieenfilters, @artemisporay and @thekace for bringing in the finishing touches so beautifully. I feel so blessed and lucky!”

Freida Pinto had announced her engagement to her boyfriend, Cory Tran, who is a photographer, on his birthday in 2019. They announced the pregnancy in June this year by sharing mushy pictures. “Baby Tran, coming this Fall! ❤,” she wrote.

On the work front, Freida Pinto was last seen in Ron Howard’s directorial ‘Hillbilly Elegy’ playing the character of Usha Vance. Next, she is set to star in ‘Spy Princess’, a limited series about World War II spy Noor Inayat Khan, which is an adaptation of author Shrabani Basu’s Spy Princess: The Life of Noor Inayat Khan, written by Olivia Hetreed, of Girl with a Pearl Earring fame.
