PM Narendra Modi: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari launches new poster of Vivek Oberoi starrer

PM Narendra Modi biopic has been in the news since its inception. The curiosity increased when the makers released the first look poster of Vivek Oberoi as Narendra Modi. Fans went gaga to see Vivek in the character of the Prime Minister of India. Today Vivek took to his social media handle to share yet another poster of his movie just ahead of its release. The poster was launched by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

Sharing the poster he tweeted, “भारत में हर बड़े काम कि शुरूवात शंख बजा कर की जाती है …” In the poster, Vivek as PM Modi is seen blowing a conch shell wearing a saffron-coloured turban.

Director Omung Kumar also shared the poster on Twitter with the same caption.

The biopic has been in the news as it got embroiled into controversies. The release date was pushed from April 5 to May 24.

Though many people trolled Vivek Oberoi for his look of Modi as many thought that the transformation didn’t work out properly. But it was not easy for him to get the look. Earlier a video was released by the makers where we saw Vivek going through the transformation by the use of prosthetics. He used to shoot for 6 hours with the prosthetics that took around 5-6 hours to apply on his face.

The movie also stars Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Barkha Bisht, Rajendra Gupta, and Zarina Wahab in pivotal roles.
