After ‘Radhe Shyam’ along with Pooja Hegde and collaboration with Deepika Padukone, Prabhas has announced yet another magnum opus 3D feature film, ‘Adipurush’ which will be directed by ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ helmer Om Raut. Reportedly, this movie will be Prabhas’ 22nd film.
Sharing the poster of ‘Adipurush,’ Prabhas took to his social media handle and captioned it as:“Celebrating the victory of good over evil!

This is will Prabhas’ first collaboration with Om Raut, it is speculated that Prabhas will be essaying the role of Lord Rama in the upcoming period, action film. It will be shot in Hindi and Telugu while it will be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and many other languages.
Talking about the film, Prabhas said, “Every role and every character come with its own challenges, but portraying a character like this comes with tremendous responsibility and pride. I am very excited to portray this character of our Epic especially the way Om has designed it. I am sure the youth of our country will shower all their love on our film.”
Om Raut told Mumbai Mirror, “We embark on this journey with pride and passion and promise the audience an experience like never before”.
‘Adipurush’ will be bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under T-Series. This will be the third film with Bhushan Kumar after ‘Saaho’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’ and is scheduled to release in 2022.
