Rahul Roy’s Right Side Affected Post A Brain Stroke On His Upcoming Movie Sets ?

Renowned Bollywood actor, Rahul Roy has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai, after he suffered a brain stroke. He was apparently shooting for his upcoming film in Kargil and due to the extreme weather conditions his health got worsened. The ‘Aashiqui’ actor is said to be suffering from a condition called Aphasia and his right side has been affected post the stroke.

The producer of his upcoming flick, Nivedita Basu informed Mumbai Mirror, “Kargil had extreme weather conditions and they had gone up to -12°C and -13°C, so it was just a matter of time when someone would have succumbed to the cold, and I think that’s exactly what happened with Rahul. His one day of the shoot was still left but when we got to know about him, we told Nitin that we need to get him out.”

On the other side, Roy’s brother-in-law Romeer Sen while talking about his health condition, informed ETimes, “We stay with Rahul bhaiyya and the medicines prescribed by the doctors are working for him. He should be out of this soon. But, do pray for him.” Apparently, his health condition is stable now and he was admitted to the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai.

For the unversed, Rahul Roy is one of the superstars from 90’s era and he had garnered the spotlight just after his debut. His first ‘Aashiqui'(1990) made him an overnight successful actor. His recent films ‘Naughty Boy’ and ‘Rafta Rafta’. He had also appeared on the television shows such as Bigg Boss.
