Railways To Begin Application For RRC Group D 2019 Recruitment Today

RRB RRC Group D Recruitment is all set to start from today onwards. RRB Group D Physical Test will be done after Computer Based Test.

Indian Railway is all set to start the recruitment for Group D posts. Notably, the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) will release the online registration form and other details for the recruitment of over 1 lakh posts of Group D Level 1. The application link will be available on the official RRB websites after 5 pm today.

On March 8, the RRC had published a short notification ‘CENTRALISED EMPLOYMENT NOTICE (CEN) NO. RRC – 01/2019’ saying that the detail notification and links to submit the online application form will be activated on Tuesday, March 12 at 5 PM on the official website of the RRC and other regional websites of RRC.

The total vacancies are 1,03,769. And if we talk about the designation-wise breakup of the RRC Group D vacancies, there are a total of 14870 posts for Assistant Pointsman, 913 posts for Assistant Bridge, and 40721 posts for Track Maintainer Grade IV.

Aspiring candidates can visit the official website of the RRC – https://www.rrcnr.org – or regional websites of the RRB to check further details on the same.

The candidates must be class 10th or ITI pass from an institute recognized by NCVT/SCVT or have any other equivalent qualification is eligible to apply for their recruitment. Anyone who has completed the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT is also eligible to apply.

The selection process would include a Computer Based Test (CBT), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which will be followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination of the candidates who qualify in PET.

It is to be noted that candidates must make sure that they fulfill the required eligibility, because if not then despite qualifying in the CBT and PET, they will be disqualified from the selection process.
