Randhir Kapoor On Losing Three Of His Siblings In Just Two Years

Veteran Bollywood actor and producer, Rajiv Kapoor breathed his last on Tuesday. Reportedly, he passed away due to an heart attack. Randhir Kapoor speaks up about how his brother, Rajiv was hospitalized on Tuesday. He also opens up about feeling alone after losing three of his siblings in just two years of time.

Rajiv, Randhir, Rishi and Ritu are the four siblings of legendary Bollywood actor, Raj Kapoor. Rishi Kapoor lost his life last year due to his medical condition (30 April 2020), Ritu Nanda too passed away same year on January 14 2020. After Rajiv’s passing away Randhir Kapoor says that he is feeling alone as they were his central core.  Randhir informed TOI, “I don’t know what’s happening. I was equally close to Rishi and Rajiv. I have lost four people from my family–my mother Krishna Kapoor (October 2018), eldest sister Ritu (January 14, 2020), Rishi and now Rajiv”.  Further commenting on how he has been copying up with the passing away of Rishi Kapoor, he said, “Do I have any option? What can I do? What has to happen will happen.”

Randhir Kapoor opened up that it was his nurse who went in to wake up Rajiv in the morning, however upon seeing him unconscious they took him to the hospital.

Celebs such as Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma, Ranbir, Tara Sutaria and including few others were spotted paying their last respects to Rajiv Kapoor at the funeral.
