Well, the Indian Premier League (IPL) began on Saturday and first face-off was held between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Everyone was excited as it was not only a face-off between the two teams but was within Virat Kohli and M.S. Dhoni. In the end, RCB fans were highly disappointed since their favorite team couldn’t perform well at all and lost to CSK.
Notably, CSK bowled out RCB on the mere score of 70 runs and won the match by 7 wickets. For RCB, Parthiv Patel was the top-scorer with 29. On the other hand, for CSK, Harbhajan Singh and Imran Tahir bowled brilliantly and took 3 wickets each. Ravindra Jadeja also notched two wickets.
Irked by the poor performance of RCB, fans took to social media to make fun of the Virat Kohli’s team. Also, some couldn’t get over this disappointment. Twitter, Facebook and Instagram were filled with trolls for RCB. Take a look at a few of them:
