Excel Entertainment is known to have delivered some of the best content in recent years. Today, Excel announced their upcoming venture starring none other than Rishi Kapoor. The Rishi Kapoor starrer is titled ‘Sharmaji Namkeen’.
Ritesh Sidhwani took to social media and shared a picture with the team with the caption,

It will be produced by Excel Entertainment(Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar) in collaboration with MacGuffin Pictures (Honey Trehan and Abhishek Chaubey). Sharmaji Namkeen will be directed by Hitesh Bhatia. The film is slated to hit the screens in 2020 and will also star Juhi Chawla in the lead role.
‘Sharmaji Namkeen’ will also mark as Rishi Kapoor’s first project after his sabbatical from Bollywood. The actor will also be seen in Emraan Hashmi starrer The Body. The Jeethu Joseph directorial is an official remake of the 2012 Spanish movie by the same name. It is slated to release on December 13, 2019.
