‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ Actor Shaheer Sheikh Reveals His Fitness Routine

Television heartthrob Shaheer Sheikh is one of the most popular actors. The handsome hunk has a huge fan following and girls go weak on their knees the moment they spot him. The Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke actor’s fan following has been rising each passing day. In spite of his hectic schedule, the actor makes sure to work hard to maintain his attractive physique. In an interview with a leading daily, Shaheer was asked about his idea of fitness, “Fitness means a lot to me. I think it is important to be fit because at the end of the day your health matters. Being healthy helps you to remain happy in life. My idea of fitness is how to live a healthy life,” he said.

The good-looking actor considers doing more cardio workouts like jogging, swimming, and balancing out his meal. He normally keeps the flexibility of going 80% healthy and 20% junk. Being a fitness freak, he works out for two hours regularly and prefers doing cross-fit training.

Further, sharing his fitness tips to his fans, he said, “Nowadays children don’t play outdoor games they are busy in indoor games. I would advise children to go out to play because this will make you strong enough. I feel residing in the village made me stronger because in this urban lifestyle you don’t get a chance to play outdoor games.”

Shaheer’s fitness secret is that he believes in burning calories by working out. he says, he doesn’t starve to remain fit.

On the work front, Shaheer Sheikh is currently seen as Abir Rajvansh in ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’. He has been paired up opposite Rhea Sharma. The popular show is a spin-off of Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi starrer ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. Shaheer and Rhea’s onscreen chemistry is one of the main reasons behind the show’s fame.
