On Thursday, television actor Shaheer Sheikh made his relationship with Ruchikaa Kapoor Instagram official and shared an adorable photo with her, and took everyone by a sweet surprise. Sharing the photo, he captioned it as, “Here you go… after all the morphed pictures, thought of saving you all some time. #ikigai #madMe #girlwiththecurls.”
Shaheer also used the word ‘ikigai’ in his caption which is a Japanese word for ‘reason to live.’ Now, the latest reports state that the duo is all set to become wife and husband next month. Yes, you read that right! According to a report in Pinkvilla, Shaheer and Ruchikaa’s wedding is set to be an intimate setting and they will also have a small promise ceremony at their residence with a few close friends in presence.
As soon as Shaheer made his relationship official, many friends from the industry congratulated him and send him love, Pearl Puvi wrote, “Love you both,” Shriya Pilgaonkar wrote, “Yayyyyyy,” Mushtaq Sheikh wrote, “Awww plus awww!! So much fun,” Ekta Kapoor wrote, “Beyonddddd adorable.” Ruchikaa also replied to the photo, and dropped a heart and wrote, “best!”
Shaheer Sheikh and Ruchikaa Kapoor have been dating for quite some time now. For the unversed, Ruchikaa is Balaji Motion Pictures’ Creative Producer & Executive Vice President, she has also worked in many movies including Veere Di Wedding, and Laila Majnu. She was also a part of Kangana Ranaut starrer Judgementall Hai Kya, and Bhumi Pednekar’s recent movie Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.
