Teacher’s Day: Google dedicates an adorable doodle to celebrate Teacher’s Day

September 5, is celebrated Teachers Day around the globe, the biggest search giant Google has also dedicated it’s creative doodle to Teacher’s day on September 5. As Google is paying tribute to every teacher around the world, portraying the world is full of music, sports, astronomy but the only person who is busy teaching the children around the world is a teacher.

The Google Doodle also trying to convey the message urging don’t be bookish, knowledge must. Do you know, the teacher day is only celebrated on September 5 in India, while the World Teacher Day is celebrated on October 5, every year around the world, which is designated by UNESCO.

We Indian celebrate Teachers’ Day on September 5 as to pay a tribute to India’s second president Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was a commendable teacher. He was also a philosopher, scholar and politician too, his dedicated work towards education had turned out to be a revolution for the youth of the country.

The tradition of celebrating Teachers’ Day was started in 1962. Schools and colleges give heartfelt tributes to their beloved teachers on September 5 for their relentless efforts to guide us into the vast forest of knowledge.

A teacher is a friend, philosopher, and guide who influences us greatly right from our childhood till our adult life. From school to university, our teachers are there with us along the way to nurture us and help us through many decisions. We owe them a great deal in life.

Just like Google doodle, our teachers do not always have to teach us academics. They can be our music teacher or our painting teacher. A teacher could even be our cooking teacher too. Our teachers taught us knowledge doesn’t have to bind by books. They can be anything from the study of bugs to the study of stars.  Without teachers, we would have been lost.

So let’s celebrate Teachers’ Day Today with Google Google and say a big thank you to all our teachers. Happy Teachers’ Day!
