Thala Ajith gave a spectacular performance in his last outing Nerkonda Paarvai. He is at present busy with his next upcoming release ‘Valimai’. But the shoot of the film was postponed due to the COVID-19 Lockdown. Amidst this, we hear that the actor’s extremely anticipated 61st venture has been tentatively titled as Thala 61. Rumours abound that Thala is all set to collaborate once again with this blockbuster director for it.
As per TOI reports, Thala Ajith aka Ajith Kumar will be collaborating with noted filmmaker Vishnuvardhan for Thala 61. The two of them had earlier teamed up for movies like Arrambam and Billa that went on to become huge hits. Reportedly, Vishnuvardhan has already narrated the script to Ajith amidst lockdown. The Nerkonda Paarvai actor is reportedly impressed with the narration.
But there has been no confirmation of the same as yet from the makers. But if the rumors do come true then Thala Ajith’s fans are in for a treat.
On the work front, Vishnuvardhan is currently gearing up for the Bollywood movie ‘Shershaah’. The movie features Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. The Marjaavaan actor will be portraying double roles in the biopic that also happens to be a war-action drama. It has been co-produced by Karan Johar and is scheduled to be released on August 7, 2020.
Thala Ajith on the other hand is currently working on the cop-drama ‘Valimai’ with director H Vinoth. The shooting of the film is planned to be resumed as soon as the lockdown ends.
