WWE Monday Night RAW: Results And Highlights From March 2

WWE Monday Night RAW kicked off with Paul Heyman rejecting Drew McIntyre as a legitimate contender for the WWE championship. However, McIntyre answered with a lot of Claymore kicks and re-established his dominance.

The first match of the WWE Monday Night RAW saw Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Murphy go up against The Street Profits. With a little interference from The AOP, The Street Profits were able to turn the match to their favor. Kevin Owns was able to slip in and hit a stunner on Seth Rollins. In the end, Montez hit a frog splash to secure the win. In the aftermath of the match, Rollins demanded a rematch with The Street Profits at Elimination Chamber He also called out Kevin Owens for a one on one fight.

The Riddick Moss vs. Ricochet match ended with Riddick securing a victory on a beaten-down Ricochet. Aleister Black took on The O.C.’s Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows to get to AJ Styles. He defeated Anderson but was attacked by Gallows before the match. The match ended in a DQ but The O.C. continued to beat up Black, hitting him with a magic Killer. By the time Styles decided he was ready, Black was in no condition to fight and lost to the Phenomenal Forearm which was followed by the Undertaker pinfall. This furthered the rivalry between the two superstars that kicked off at WWE Super ShowDown.

Next, Ruby Riott faced her old Riott Squad member Liv Morgan with Sarah Logan serving as the special guest referee. The match ended with Logan fast counting a roll by Liv Morgan and proceeding to lay out both Riott and Morgan after the match.

Shayna Baszler secured a victory over Kairi Sane with the Kirifuda Clutch for a submission. Meanwhile, Mysterio and Carrillo defeated Andrade and Garza by pinfall.

Beth Phoenix showed up to Monday Night Raw this week with the promise of a “medical update” on her husband Edge. She ended up on the receiving end of an RKO.
