The makers of Vikrant Massey and Yami Gautam’s upcoming film Ginny Weds Sunny have released yet another song, Sawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag, which is the recreated version of Mika Singh’s 90s track. The song has also been recreated for Kiara Advani’s upcoming film, Indoo Ki Jawaani, titled Hasina Pagal Deewani.
Sawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag has also been sung by Neha Kakkar and rapper Badshah. The music is recreated by Payal Dev while the recreated lyrics are written by Mika, Payal Dev, Badshah, and Mohsin Shaikh.

Sharing the song on his social media handle, Vikrant Massey captioned it as: “We can’t keep calm because 🔥🔥 #SawanMeinLagGayiAag is OUT NOW! ✨”
Meanwhile, talking about the film, the synopsis of Ginny weds Sunny reads, “Living with her matchmaker mother in Delhi, Ginny is set up with Sunny, who has given up on the idea of love and just wants to get married and settle down. But, the match is not that simple. As Ginny meets Sunny, there’s a lot more that comes to the fore than previously imagined in this tale of love, life, weddings and music. Will this be a match made in heaven? You’ll just have to wait to find out.”
Ginny Weds Sunny marks the first collaboration of Yami Gautam and Vikrant Massey, directed by Puneet Khanna and written by Navjot Gulati and Sumit Arora, produced by Vinod Bachchan’s Soundrya Production. The shooting of Ginny weds Sunny was shot in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Manali.
The film is scheduled to premiere on October 9 on Netflix.
