Baahubali star Prabhas will soon be seen in upcoming action film ‘Saaho’. The handsome hunk who has a humongous fan following around the globe will romance Shraddha Kapoor in it. The movie that is being directed by Sujeeth is one of the most anticipated film of the year. The makers of the big budget film have shelled out Rs.70 crores for an 8 minute action sequence.
Apparently Madhie the cinematographer has revealed that an eight-minute action sequence in the movie had cost the filmmakers a whopping sum of Rs 70 crore. This is the highest ever spent for an action shoot. The action sequence was shot in Abu Dhabi. Saaho is a mega-budget action extravaganza that is made with a whopping Rs 350 crore. The team has shot some action and chase scenes in Abu Dhabi and we caught the glimpse of the same in Shades of Saaho Chapter 1.
‘Saaho’ has Prabhas playing a multilayered character. Shraddha Kapoor for the first time in her career is playing the role of a cop. Saaho also features Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay, Murali Sharma, among others. The movie is being shot in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu simultaneously.
‘Saaho’ is presented by T-Series, produced by UV Creations and is set to hit the theatres on August 15, 2019.
Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas starrer is all set to clash with John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur’s Batla House and Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan’s Mission Mangal at the box office. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres on this Independence Day.
