Actress Sonam Kapoor was recently seen on Arbaaz Khan’s hit chat show ‘Pinch’ where she discussed personal and professional matters. The Fashionista known for her outspoken self, shut up a troll who called her a flop actress like a boss on it.
It so happened that Sonam Kapoor in course of the show addressed a comment from a troll who called her a flop actress. The Diva soon gave a very dignified reply to the said question.
Sonam Kapoor said, “I don’t remember my last flop. But I think till seven years ago, I don’t think I did have films that I could speak much about. I think when I signed Raanjhanaa and I started looking at scripts, my films did relatively well. I don’t remember a time where my acting wasn’t appreciated or my films didn’t do well.”
She further added that as there is a lot of misery and competition in the world, so people are envious of people doing better than them. The Veere Di Wedding star further elaborated that she has millions of followers on Twitter so she cannot let one person’s comment affect her.
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor who was last seen in ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ will next be seen in ‘The Zoya Factor’. The movie that is based on a book by writer Anuja Chauhan also features South star Dulquer Salman and Angad Bedi and Sonam’s uncle Sanjay Kapoor in it. It will be released around June this year.
