Prabhas fans are eagerly waiting for the movie updates ever since Om Raut announced starring the Baahubali fame in his upcoming mythological drama, Adipurush. This one also features Saif Ali Khan and on Friday the makers have officially welcomed the Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh onboard. It is hailed as one of the extravaganza films which is expected to have expensive VFX work and of course, the strong star cast makes it worth the hype. So far it’s only Saif Ali Khan who has confirmed about portraying Lankesh(Raavan) in Adipurush. Prabhas is portraying Adipurush (Lord Ram) and Sunny Singh is said to be doing Lakshman’s role. The makers have welcomed Kriti Sanon on board today and she is said to doing Sita’s role.

Story of Prabhas and Kriti Sanon’s Adipurush:

This Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan starrer is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. Talking about his character Saif had earlier informed to few media outlets that the makers are planning to give a human side to demon Lankesh. Thus the film started attracting controversy, however, Saif later issued an official apology statement and clarified that “Adipurush is about celebrating the victory of good over evil and the entire team is working together to present the epic without any distortions.”  So far the makers have not officially commented anything about the main plot. The film is being simultaneously shot in Telugu and Hindi languages and it will be dubbed in different languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and few other languages.

Adipurush release date:

As revealed by the makers in the official posters, Adipurush is slated to be released on August 11, 2020. This extravaganza movie is being made in a 3D version.
