Alia Bhatt tests negative for COVID-19, shares update with a new photo
On Tuesday, Alia Bhatt shared a gorgeous picture on her Instagram and announced testing negative for COVID-19.
On April 2, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and announced that she has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. She also informed her fans that she quarantined herself at home. Now, on Tuesday, the actress shared a health update and stated that she has finally tested negative for the virus.

The ‘Dear Zindagi’ actress shared a beautiful sun-kissed picture on her Instagram and captioned the post as: “the only time being negative is a good thing💪💃🏻”

In the picture, Alia is seen donning a blue and white tie-dye sweatshirt, paired it up with pyjamas and flashes her gorgeous smile as she posed for the camera.
As soon as Alia informed her fans, many Bollywood celebrities like Dia Mirza, Sophie Choudry, Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and the actress’s mother Soni Razdan commented warm wishes on her post.
Earlier, Alia’s boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor had also tested positive for the coronavirus in March.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi,’ which is set to release on July 30. Next, she has S Rajamouli-starrer ‘RRR’ which will also feature N. T. Rama Rao Jr, Ram Charan and Ajay Devgn. She will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ alongside her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
