Bollywood filmmaker, Anurag Kashyap is currently making headlines, but for all the wrong the reasons. The ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ director lands in legal trouble, after South actress, Payal Ghosh files an FIR at the Oshiwara Police Station accusing him of sexually harassing her seven years back. The filmmaker today was spotted at the police station as he attends questioning session.

Mumbai Police served the filmmaker with summon after Payal met Maharashtra Governor, BS Koshyari along with Rajya Sabha MP and Union Minister Ramdas Athawale seeking a protection and seeking Kashyap’s arrest. Reacting to the accusations levelled upon on him by the actress, he stated that those are the ‘baseless’ accusations. Today, his lawyer Priyanka Khimani was spotted also at the Police Station. For the unversed, the filmmaker has received support from various Bollywood celebs, including two of his ex-wives Kalki Koechlin and Aarti Bajaj, both of them took to their social media handles and defended him after Payal Ghosh’s allegations.
On the other side, Richa Chadha had sent a legal notice to Payal, after she dragged her name in the case while levelling allegations against Anurag Kashyap. And Huma Qureshi responded to her with a note, where she highlights that the comments made her angry and Anurag Kashyap never behaved improperly with her or anyone else.
