Arjun Kapoor’s grandmother has found a bride for him and it’s one of his co-actors!

Arjun Kapoor is gearing up for his upcoming release Namaste England opposite Parineeti Chopra. According to a report in Bombay Times, Arjun’s dadi Nirmal Kapoor has liked their chemistry so much in the film that she thinks they should tie the knot in real life too.

The Ishaqzaade actor told the daily, “After watching Namaste England’s trailer, dadi said that out of my all co-stars, I look best with onscreen with Parineeti. She thinks Parineeti is the perfect bride for me in real life as well.”

Earlier, Arjun had shared his grandmother’s wish for his birthday. The message on the envelop read, “To Arjun Kapoor with love dadi. Jaldi shaadi karo. From Mrs Nirmal Kapoor.” Arjun captioned the picture as, “When ur Dadi’s gift is a threat & request along with a bribe & command all rolled into one !!! @nirmalkapoorbombay #bossgrandma.”

Recently, after the couple did a photoshoot for a leading magazine, some fans also suggested that the two should get married but both of them denied it.

As I stand at the eve of the trailer launch of arguably my biggest film, I cant help but feel a little emotional. This was a film I had dreamt of doing for a long time, and when I stood on the set in a traditional Indian outfit for the very first time, I felt like I was home. I dont think I would have wanted to share this journey with anybody else but Arjun. He is my most compatible co star, trustworthy mentor and honest friend.
