Asus Zenfone 5Z Price in India Leaked ahead of tomorrow’s launch

Asus ZenFone 5Z price in India has been revealed on Flipkart just a day before its launch. The listing on Flipkart confirms that Asus will launch its ZenFone 5Z flagship with a starting price of Rs. 29,999 in India.

Asus launched the ZenFone 5Z officially at MWC 2018 in February. The Taiwanese company has announced that the smartphone will be available in India starting July 4. Now, the flagship has been listed on Flipkart with 6GB RAM+64GB storage, 8GB RAM+128GB storage, and 8GB RAM+256GB storage options.

As per Flipkart listing, Asus ZenFone 5Z 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant are priced at Rs. 29,999. While its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant are listed at Rs. 32,999. Lastly, the top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs. 36,999. The online listing also shows Flipkart’s bank offers and no-cost EMI options. The online listing shows that the smartphone will be available in Midnight Blue and Meteor Silver colours.

Asus Zenfone 5Z Specs, Features

If we recall the specs, the ZenFone 5Z features a 6.2-inch FHD+ (1080×2246 pixels) LCD panel with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a notch on top. It is powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and runs Android 8.0 Oreo-based ZenUI 5.0.

In terms of optics, the Zenfone 5Z has a dual rear camera setup with a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP secondary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, there is an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture, and 84-degree Field of View lens. The front camera also supports Face Unlock feature. The smartphone packs a 3300mAh battery with AI backed fast charging tech support.
