‘Cobra’: Irfan Pathan Looks Impressive In The First Look Poster Of Supernatural Thriller

Former Indian cricketer, Irfan Pathan is all set to foray into the world of acting with his upcoming supernatural thriller-‘Cobra’. As he marked his 36th birthday on Tuesday, the makers of this Tamil film have released the first look poster featuring him in a never before seen avatar.

The makers of ‘Cobra’ shared the first look poster revealing Pathan’s character name – Aslan Yilmaz. The former cricketer will be seen portraying the role of a French Interpol officer. The film is being helmed by Ajay Gnanamuthu who also took to his Twitter handle and posted the first look poster wishing the birthday boy. The film also features Chiyaan Vikram in one of the lead roles.

As per a report by India Today, the cricket star stated he loved working with Vikram because he is a simple man despite all the success he managed to garner. “Whenever I meet him on the sets, we used to have a wonderful time,” he said. The former cricketer had also shared few behind-the-scene pictures from the sets of ‘Cobra’ on his social media handles during the pandemic Coronavrius lockdown.
