BTS meets Coldplay in New York ahead of My Universe release. Septet Gift Them Hanbok
BTS and Coldplay are finally coming together for My Universe. Their first collaboration has raised the expectation bar to a new high. My Universe will release on Friday, September 24. Ahead of its release, the two bands reunited in New York and posed for a picture that is sending fans into a meltdown.
The septet consisting of Jin, RM, V, Jungkook, Suga, Jimin and J-Hope took to their official Twitter account and shared the image with the caption, “My Universe Crew ! (+Modernized hanbok)”.

For the unversed, hanbok means traditional Korean clothes. The Coldplay members can be seen dressed in the clothes the K-pop group gifted them
BTS took centre stage at the UN as special envoys for South Korean President Moon Jae-in. They also addressed crucial issues such as vaccination and climate change. The boys performed on their latest song Permission To Dance at the assembly. The viral video was watched by six million fans in just five hours.
BTS is at present riding high on their successful 2021. Their singles Butter and Permission To Dance have soared through billboards. Fans are now awaiting their next single with Coldplay.
