‘Two and a Half Men’ star Conchata Ferrell dies at 77; co-stars Charlie Sheen, Jon Cryer pay tribute

Conchata Ferrell best known for playing the role of Berta the housekeeper fr all twelve seasons of the American television sitcom Two and a Half Men passed away at the age of 77. The actress passed away due to cardiac arrest at the Sherman Oaks hospital in Sherman Oaks, California. According to publicist Cynthia Snyder, took her last breathe on Monday (October 12, 2020.)
Ferrell began her career on the stage as a member of the Circle Repertory Company. Later, she appeared in the original Off-Broadway cast of Lanford Wilson’s The Hot l Baltimore. She won the Drama Desk, Obie, and Theatre World Best Actress Awards for her performance in the off-Broadway play The Sea Horse.
However, she was best known for playing Charlie Sheen’s housekeeper Berta in Two and a Half Men. The actress was well-known for her erratic and tough-talking behavior, the actress appeared in a total of 212 episodes from 2003 to 2015. Ferrell also had received two nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2005 and 2007.
Conchata Ferrell is survived by her husband, Arnie Anderson, and her daughter, Samantha.
