Daniel Craig’s last Bond film ‘No Time to Die’ pushed to April 2021


Daniel Craig starrer James Bond film ‘No Time To Die’ will not be hitting the theatres this year after all. Fans will have to wait till 2021 to watch the action-packed spy drama. The movie, which marks Craig’s fifth and final outing as the iconic British spy, was originally scheduled for April this year. But was postponed to November due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 25th 007 movies will now release on April 2, 2021.

According to the official website 007, the statement read, “MGM, Universal and Bond producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, today announced the release of No Time To Die, the 25th film in the James Bond series, will be delayed until 2 April 2021 in order to be seen by a worldwide theatrical audience. We understand the delay will be disappointing to our fans but we now look forward to sharing No Time To Die next year.”

In the 25th film Bond has left active service. He is enjoying his life in Jamaica when his friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission is to rescue a kidnapped scientist. it soon leads Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain.

Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, No Time to Die also features Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes, and many others. Rami Malek will be seen playing the main antagonist.
