Although the question of getting married is over and out, now a new question pops for the happily married couple. Having babies. However, the couple is not ready for having kids yet. The actress reportedly told Hindustan Times that Ranveer and she do want children but not right now. Deepika is also well-informed that she and Ranveer know about the pregnancy rumours but currently the couple have all their attention to their careers.
“It’s sad that society puts people in this rut that if you’re dating for so long toh shaadi kab hogi and then bacche. We’re not surprised by the rumours. Of course we want children, we both love kids. But we’re too selfishly focused on our careers at this point. It wouldn’t be fair to have kids at this point. We’re not even thinking about kids,” Deepika said.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Kabir Singh’s sports drama 83 whereas Deepika Padukone will be seen in Chhapaak the following year.
