The first schedule of the biopic was shot across Delhi, soon pictures and videos from the shoot there was trending on the social media. Today a video of Deepika Padukone sharing a passionate kiss with actor Vikrant Massey went viral on the internet.

In the said video, Vikrant Massey and Deepika are seen shooting on the terrace atop a building along with the film’s unit with a shotgun microphone. Holding Deepika by her waist, Vikrant then leans over and locks lips with her while the onlookers burst out in loud cheer and hoots.
A couple of days back we had seen the ‘Padmaavat star donning a school uniform gorging on street food for a scene. The leaked video garnered immense views.

Deepika Padukone’s first look from the film as an acid attack survivor with the prosthetics scars and burns garnered much appreciation from fans and critics alike. Laxmi on whom the movie is based was overwhelmed by the response that people could find beauty in the burns.
‘Chhapaak’ has Deepika playing the role of Laxmi Agarwal, with this biopic she has also turned a producer. Deepika Padukone who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama ‘Padmaavat’ will be seen on the big screen after a break of two years. The movie that is helmed by Meghna Gulzar of Raazi fame is all set to hit the screens on January 10, 2020.
