Hathras victim was not raped, no semen found; says Police Official
A senior official said that the forensic report of the Hathras victim Manisha Valmiki has not been raped.
The Manisha Valmiki incident has shaken the entire country. The 19-year-old Dalit gang-rape victim from Hathras succumbed to injuries in Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital on Tuesday morning, she was allegedly gang-raped by a group of men on September 14 in Uttar Pradesh.

However, the Forensic Science Laboratory report hasn’t found sperm in samples, which clarifies that there was no rape on the Hathras victim Manisha Valmiki

“There was no injury on private parts of the victim women. The samples have been sent to Forensic Science Lab in Agra,” said Kumar.
ADG (law and order) Prashant Kumar said, “Postmortem report says victim died due to her neck injury. Forensic laboratory report hasn’t found sperm in samples, making it clear that some people twisted the matter to stir caste-based tension. Such people will be identified and legal action will be taken.”
Manisha was first admitted to Aligarh Muslim University’s Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital and later was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi on Monday. Her mortal remains were cremated by the police around 3 am on Wednesday in Hathras district against the wishes of the family.
The four accused, Sandip, Ramu, Lavkush, and Ravi- have been arrested on charges of attempt to murder and gang rape.
